Nike plans to double its annual revenue in Greater China by 2015, revealed Craig Cheek, company general manager of Greater China, sources reported.
In the fiscal year ended May 31, 2010, Nike's revenue in Greater China was more than US$1.7 billion.
The company has officially put into operation its largest logistics center in Asia. The center, located in Taichang of Jiangsu Province with floor area of 200,000 square meters, will be mainly provide logistics services for garments, footwear, sports gears and golf products in mainland China.
Sources from Nike Sports (China), said that the new center, which started dealing with garment orders from the Chinese mainland on a trial term in mid 2010, will begin to deal with footwear orders in April.
